Cafe Luna is yet another great brunch spot located in Cambridge! Their menu features several tantalizing creations, like crab cakes Benedict, smoked duck tacos, lemon ricotta pancakes, etc. — all served until 4 p.m. Hence, very late-morning individuals, like myself, need not worry about being late for brunch. Furthermore, the possibility to add lobster to many of their dishes is a considerable plus.

I started with a Lobster Roasted Corn Omelette, no less. The latter, based on a Mexican dish called Elote, combined roasted corn with Cojita cheese, avocado, cream, cilantro, and lobster, which is optional. This savory preparation produced a delightful piquancy and allowed every flavor to shine individually while blending harmoniously with each other. Of course, the lobster, though not essential, certainly added a touch of refinement to the meal. As a dessert, I opted for the Lemon Curd & Lemon Mascarpone with Blueberry Compote waffles. The waffles, light and fluffy, welcomed the denser texture of the mascarpone mixed with the blueberry and lemon curd. This thoughtful recipe enraptured my taste buds!
