Ce choix me tiraille l\u2019esprit comme l\u2019estomac. Servi entre 11h30 \u00e0 15h du vendredi au dimanche, le buffet \u00e0 Soul of India s\u2019apparente lointainement \u00e0 un brunch et peut \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en guise de d\u00e9jeuner et petit d\u00e9jeuner.

G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019aller manger dans un buffet \u00e0 volont\u00e9 me fait fr\u00e9mir. M\u00eame si la quantit\u00e9 est au rendez-vous, la qualit\u00e9 laisse tr\u00e8s souvent \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer, surtout si le co\u00fbt ne d\u00e9passe pas $20 par personne. Cependant, le restaurant Soul of India m\u2019a d\u00e9tromp\u00e9! Le Tikka Masala, le poulet au curry, et m\u00eame leur poulet marin\u00e9 Tandoori engendraient une palette de textures cr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de yaourt ou de cr\u00e8me, et d\u2019assaisonnements qui affriolaient le palais. Entre autre, l\u2019abondance de pain naan fraichement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et constamment r\u00e9approvisionn\u00e9 apaisait le c\u00f4te relev\u00e9 de chaque met. Si vous d\u00e9sirez d\u2019autres mets plus \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 base d\u2019agneau ou de saumon, par exemple, ou une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pains naan, comme ceux fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 la noix de coco, aux noix de cajou, aux raisins secs et au miel, vous pouvez les commander \u00e0 la carte mais \u00e0 un co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.
