WuSong Road, un tiki bar au coeur de Cambridge, se consacre \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de cocktails et petites bouch\u00e9es tendance dans un d\u00e9cor insolite sur la th\u00e9matique des tropiques\u2026et de la chine! Un curieux m\u00e9lange appuy\u00e9 par une cuisne moderne et raffin\u00e9e d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment plus chinoise que tropicale. Malheureusement, ils ont recemment cess\u00e9 leur brunch afin de cr\u00e9er une carte unique \u00e0 tous les repas. Cependant, que ce soit pour les boissons, la nourriture, ou l\u2019ambiance, ce lieu singulier m\u00e9rite le d\u00e9tour!

Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 une for\u00eat tropicale dissimulant des statues d\u2019une divinit\u00e9 quelconque, nous acc\u00e9dions au restaurant situ\u00e9 derri\u00e8re une t\u00eate de dragon. L\u00e0, le d\u00e9cor \u00e9l\u00e9gant et complexe m\u00e9lait le charme agreste du bois et de la brique au c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus sauvage et rudimentaire de la paille et du bambou. En outre, la pr\u00e9sense de lanternes sph\u00e9riques en verre conciliait ces contrastes stylistiques. Quant \u00e0 la nourriture, elle s\u2019av\u00e9rait tout aussi os\u00e9e, raffin\u00e9e, et originale. Par example, les Taishan Croquettes, \u00e0 base de chou-fleur au tamarin \u00e0 la texture croustillante, de farine Besan, et d\u2019\u00e9pices du Sichuan, \u00e9moustillaient nos papilles gustatives. Il en \u00e9tait de m\u00eame pour le Dan Dan Mian, des nouilles au s\u00e9same, incorporant du rago\u00fbt de porc, de la cacahu\u00e8te, et des champignons fum\u00e9s.
