Le restaurant, situ\u00e9 dans le quartier South End, tr\u00e8s cossu, de Boston, s\u2019adonne \u00e0 une cuisine italienne, moderne, et tr\u00e8s raffin\u00e9e. Le menu innovant, mis \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, se calque sur les changements seasonneaux et incorpore des fromages et de la charcuterie du terroir. Autrement dit, Coppa contraste nettement avec une pl\u00e9thore de restaurants soit-disant italiens dont le menu date des ann\u00e9es soixante-dix. Adieu les banquettes poussi\u00e9reuses et Frank Sinatra en bruit de fond!<p><br>\nLe Polpette &amp; Polenta, un plat \u00e0 base de polenta, d\u2019oeufs poch\u00e9s, et de boulettes de viande, d\u00e9butait notre d\u00e9gustation. Chaque ingr\u00e9dient s\u2019appariait harmonieusement et contribuait au tout sans jamais tomber dans la futilit\u00e9. La polenta et les boulettes de viande s\u2019av\u00e9raient particuli\u00e8rement savoureuses. Par la suite, le Contechino, un sandwich plut\u00f4t ch\u00e9tif mais exquis, juxtaposait finement du porc \u00e9pic\u00e9, des choux saumur\u00e9s, du fromage fontina, et de la moutarde. Enfin, le Zeppole concluait notre festin en beaut\u00e9. A l\u2019inverse, ici, la qualit\u00e9 est ma\u00eetre au d\u00e9triment des portions. En effet, les plats d\u00e9lectables, originaux, et fins s\u2019av\u00e8rent parfois ch\u00e9tifs. Si vous valorisez avant tout les saveurs et que le prix n\u2019est pas un obstacle, alors c\u2019est une adresse pleinement recommand\u00e9e. \u00c0 vous de
