Leur cr\u00e9do favorise une cuisine simple, artisanale et originale leur permettant d\u2019effectuer des variations en tout genre sur des plats typiquement anglo-saxons, tels que des omelettes, des pancakes, du pain perdu, etc..<\/p><p>Le festin commen\u00e7ait avec une omelette au saumon, \u00e0 l\u2019avocat, et \u00e0 la tomate, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une galette de patate douce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e et d\u2019un English muffin grill\u00e9 et beurr\u00e9. \nUn ensemble de saveurs d\u00e9licates \u00e9manait de cette concoction tr\u00e8s rassasiante. Il en \u00e9tait de m\u00eame pour l\u2019Artichoke Omelette (omelette \u00e0 l\u2019artichaut) o\u00f9 l\u2019alliance entre le fromage de ch\u00e8vre et la canneberge s\u00e9ch\u00e9e produisait un sucr\u00e9 sal\u00e9 engageant. Ces deux recettes se limitaient \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel sans jamais tomber dans le superflu.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Je concluais alors sur une touche sucr\u00e9e avec des pancakes fourr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ananas, \u00e0 la noix de coco, et au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me (\u201ccream cheese\u201d). En d\u00e9pit de leur taille \u00e9galant presque celle de l\u2019assiette, ils retenaient une certaine l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Entre autre, la p\u00e2te faite maison \u00e9tait richement garnie en morceaux d\u2019ananas et en flocons de noix de coco. De plus, le rapport qualit\u00e9-prix est imbattable.
