Ainsi, le propre de ce restaurant est d\u2019incorporer cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 du sud des \u00c9tats-Unis dans des recettes sucr\u00e9 sal\u00e9 surprenantes. Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019omnipr\u00e9sence du biscuit en Nouvelle Angleterre, Sassy Biscuit se distingue par la pr\u00e9paration des mets artisanaux succulents. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Le Carolina Cristo, un de leur plat \u00e0 base de biscuit, illustre parfaitement ce m\u00e9lange sucr\u00e9 sal\u00e9 garant de leur popularit\u00e9. En effet, il m\u00eale l\u2019acidit\u00e9 du cornichon et l\u2019aspect sucr\u00e9 de la confiture de m\u00fbre au go\u00fbt sal\u00e9 et relev\u00e9 du jambon fum\u00e9 et du fromage.
