Leur carte offre une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de plats d\u00e9lectables, tels que des omelettes, des oeufs B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte, du pain perdu, des gaufres, des \u201cbiscuits\u201d, etc. Comme le tout est servi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 16h pendant le weekend, m\u00eame ceux qui ne sont gu\u00e8re matinaux auront la chance de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un repas succulent en d\u00e9pit d\u2019une file attente presque garantie.<\/p><p>Tiraill\u00e9 par le choix qui se pr\u00e9sentait \u00e0 moi, je d\u00e9cidais alors de commander une omelette au ma\u00efs grill\u00e9 et au homard (Lobster Roasted Street Corn Omelet) et des gaufres au citron et au mascarpone recouvertes de compote de myrtille (lemon curd &amp; lemon mascarpone with blueberry compote waffles). L\u2019inspiration pour l\u2019omelette, puis\u00e9e dans la cuisine mexicaine, provenait d\u2019un plat qui s\u2019appelle Elote, constitu\u00e9 de ma\u00efs grill\u00e9 enrob\u00e9 de beurre, de sauce chili, de mayonnaise, et saupoudr\u00e9 de fromage Cotija r\u00e2p\u00e9. En outre, des morceaux de homard, de l\u2019avocat, et de la coriandre agr\u00e9mentaient cette recette tr\u00e8s originale. Les plats y sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s raffin\u00e9s, copieux, et abordables (\u2026\u00e0 moins d'y ajouter du homard!). Cette adresse culinaire s\u2019ajoute ainsi \u00e0 la longue liste d\u2019excellents restaurants consacr\u00e9s au brunch dans le quartier.
