Cette apparence plut\u00f4t prosa\u00efque, en revanche, dissimule une vraie richesse gastronomique. Au milieu de ce havre culinaire, j\u2019optais pour une brasserie du nom de Bayberry Brewery pour d\u00e9guster mon brunch habituel du dimanche.<\/p><p>Je d\u00e9butais avec la polenta (Polenta Hash), particuli\u00e8rement savoureuse, fraichement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, \u00e0 base d\u2019une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de ma\u00efs bleu (Heirloom blue corn), de salsa, de chili Poblano, de patates, et d\u2019oeufs. Par la suite, le Chicken Biscuit Sandwich, tout aussi exquis, contenait du kimchi (une concoction cor\u00e9enne comprenant des l\u00e9gumes ferment\u00e9s, tels que du chou, avec un assaisonnement au gingembre, \u00e0 l\u2019ail, etc.) qui relevait l\u2019ensemble. Enfin, le Burger se d\u00e9marquait par son approche minimaliste. Alors que d\u2019innombrables restaurants s\u2019\u00e9vertuent \u00e0 servir des hamburgers de plus en plus complexes, celui-ci constituait un retour aux sources. Le chef avait ing\u00e9nieusement incorporait des champignons, du cheddar, des l\u00e9gumes, et de la sauce directement dans le steak! Par cons\u00e9quent, ce dernier, tr\u00e8s exquis, enrichissait consid\u00e9rablement le burger.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5407ed92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"5407ed92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thenewenglandgourmet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/BBH1279.jpg\" title=\"Vegetable hash at Bayberry Beer Hall\" alt=\"Vegetable hash at Bayberry Beer Hall\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38a610b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38a610b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En sommes, Bayberry Brewery m\u00eale une nourriture tr\u00e8s raffin\u00e9e \u00e0 une s\u00e9lection de bi\u00e8res artisanales dans un environnement moderne et d\u00e9contract\u00e9. Leur carte est mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec des plats toujours plus originaux les uns que les autres. De plus, ce restaurant semble assez peu fr\u00e9quent\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bdd54a7
