Ainsi, mes recommendations sont centr\u00e9es exclusivement sur la qualit\u00e9 des plats et excluent toute fioriture qui ne contribue pas directement au plaisir des papilles gustatives.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai instaur\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9valuation qui permet de synth\u00e9tiser les informations cl\u00e9 sur un restaurant ou de le comparer \u00e0 d\u2019autres sans devoir tout lire. Il est ainsi possible, rien qu\u2019en se rendant au bas de l\u2019article, d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u sur les crit\u00e8res suivants (tous not\u00e9s sur cinq): les saveurs, l\u2019originalit\u00e9, et le rapport qualit\u00e9-prix. Selon moi, ce choix de param\u00e8tre constitue une base saine pour examiner la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un brunch.
