Un fait peu surprenant vue la concentration d'étudiants internationaux qui y séjourne.
Cette cuisine-fusion, appariant des recettes assez traditionnelles de Nouvelle Angleterre et des saveurs plus exotiques, s'étend même jusqu’au fin fond de l’ouest du Massachusetts.
